FREDERICK, Md. (November 21, 2025) Paul D. Rose, Jr. has been named chair of the board of trustees for The Community Foundation of Frederick County. In this role, Paul will guide the board in shaping strategic direction, ensuring sound financial stewardship, and advancing the foundation’s mission to strengthen community impact.

Paul represents businesses, business owners, and executives in complex commercial disputes. He offers thought leadership on construction litigation, land use issues, and commercial business matters while maintaining a strong commitment to responsive client service and exceptional results.

“As chair, my priority is to strengthen the foundation’s impact and ensure we continue supporting initiatives that make a meaningful difference in our community,” said Rose. “I’m honored to work alongside dedicated trustees and partners, along with the foundation’s leadership and staff, to advance our mission and create lasting change.”
