HARRISBURG, Pa. – (May 6, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC real estate attorney Claudia Shank will present the webinar “Are You Ready for Short-Term Rentals in Your Community” for the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) on Monday, May 13, 2019.
Claudia will address the growth of short-term rentals in communities nationwide and explain how Pennsylvania municipalities can regulate short-term rentals. She will also pinpoint the lessons learned from recent Pennsylvania court cases.

Claudia practices in the McNees Real Estate Practice Group where she focuses on representing individuals and developers before municipal entities in land use and permitting matters. She assists her clients in obtaining zoning relief, including variance, special exception and conditional use approvals. Experienced in the courtroom, she is comfortable litigating land use appeals and other real estate disputes. She also frequently assists clients in transactional matters, such as negotiating agreements for the purchase, sale or lease of commercial property.
