SCRANTON, Pa. – (October 23, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, in partnership with the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, will host a Business Breakfast Briefing at the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center on Friday, October 26, 2018, where McNees attorney Joe Sileo will present “Dealing with the Problem Employee.” The presentation runs from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with complimentary breakfast and registration beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Joe, an experienced labor and employment attorney, will discuss the right way to deal with the problem employee and how failing to follow recommended best practice when managing problem employees can have significant consequences for employers, including disruption to the workplace, co-worker resentment and dissatisfaction, waste of company time and resources, and exposure to potential liability.
