Central Penn Business Journal Names McNees Litigation Attorney as 2021 Forty Under 40 Recipient

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (August 23, 2021) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC litigation attorney Sarah Hyser-Staub is a Central Penn Business Journal 2021 Forty Under 40 recipient.

The award recognizes professionals 40 years of age and younger who have been successful in the Central Pennsylvania area. Honorees, chosen by the Central Penn Business Journal editors, were selected based on professional accomplishments, community service and commitment to inspiring change.

“I am humbled and honored to be included on this impressive list of local business and community leaders,” Hyser-Staub said, “and I appreciate that the Central Penn Business Journal editors recognized my commitment to making a difference for my Harrisburg community.”

Hyser-Staub practices in the McNees Litigation and White Collar Defense Practice Groups. She litigates white collar crime issues and complex commercial disputes; defends public and private entities in civil rights cases; represents witnesses before the grand jury; conducts internal investigations; and provides guidance on internal corporate compliance.

 

She also serves her community as a member of the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg’s Junior Board Executive Committee and Harrisburg Rotary Club. Hyser-Staub was part of Leadership Harrisburg’s Class of 2020.

The winners will be honored Thursday, October 14, 2021, at a celebration from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on the Hilton Harrisburg’s outside terrace. However, due to the uncertainty around the novel coronavirus pandemic, this event may move to an online format or to a combination of an online and in-person event.
