McNees Attorneys to Participate in ALFA International’s Business Litigation Practice Group Seminar

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (August 26, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Kandice Hull and Kimberly Selemba are slated to take part in ALFA International’s Business Litigation Practice Group Seminar titled “Building an Optimal Dispute Resolutions from the Ground Up” in Chicago, Illinois on September 5-6, 2019.
Kandice will serve on the panel “Drawing Up the Plans – Preparing For Disputes Before They Arise,” which will discuss often litigated contractual provisions, including indemnification clauses and seller representations and warranties. The panel will also cover provisions that can be negotiated to one’s advantage to shape future litigation that might occur.
Kandice is Chair of the McNees Litigation Practice Group and leads the Eminent Domain Practice Group. She focuses on the representation of clients in complex commercial litigation in business disputes and is experienced in real property litigation. She also handles both federal and state claims and has represented clients in cases involving breach of contract claims, quiet title actions, and land use disputes, among others.
Kim will attend the seminar as an active member of ALFA International, serving as its Women’s Initiative Co-Liaison.
Kim practices in the McNees Litigation; Food & Beverage; Injunction; and Transportation, Distribution and Logistics Practice Groups. She represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial and business disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolutions.
