McNees Attorney to Serve as General Counsel to the Pa. Senate Republican Caucus

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (February 12, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Crystal Clark is resigning to take the position of General Counsel to the Pennsylvania Senate Republican Caucus.  She will begin serving on February 24, 2020.

“It is an honor to join this unparalleled team of individuals serving Pennsylvania in the Senate,” said Crystal.  “There is exceptional work already being done by the Senate, and plenty more to be accomplished; it is exciting to be a part of that process moving forward.”

Crystal joined McNees in September 2015.  Practicing in the firm’s Labor & Employment and Public Finance & Government Services Groups, she provided representation and counsel to employers on a wide range of legal matters including harassment and discrimination, FMLA and ADA compliance, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Civil Service/Merit Based Hiring compliance, Unemployment Compensation, collective bargaining and labor arbitrations.

“Crystal is a wonderful colleague and has provided outstanding service to our clients,” said McNees Chair Brian Jackson.  “While she will be missed by the McNees family, we are proud to see Crystal moving into a position where she will continue to make a significant impact.”

Prior to joining McNees, Crystal served for over four years as the Lancaster County Solicitor.
