Lancaster, PA (Nov. 24, 2015) – On Wednesday, Dec. 9, McNees attorney Sarah Ivy will participate in an exclusive panel discussion entitled “Are YOU Prepared For The Upcoming Affordable Care Act Filing Requirements?” on behalf of Grassi and Co. and HR Best Practices.

The panel discussion will take place at 3 West Club, 3 West 51st Street, New York, NY 10019, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  This event is an invitation-only event.

The panel will discuss the latest regulatory changes that will impact your business.  Other panelists include Howard Gerver, Founder & CEO, ACA Managed Services and Matt Esposito, Head of Sales Specialty Division, Emerson Reid.  Steven Goldstein, CPA, PFS, Audit Partner, Grassi & Co. will moderate the panel.

Ivy is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group.  She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of ERISA, employee benefits and executive compensation.  Specifically, Sarah has extensive experience analyzing the rules and regulations under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”) as well as applying the requirements of each to all forms of benefits plans.  Sarah represents a broad range of clients and provides guidance on matters involving employee benefits plans sponsored by for-profit companies, governmental and tax-exempt entities.

Ivy received her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University and her undergraduate degree from Frostburg State University.  She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of  Pennsylvania
