McNees Attorney Awarded the CREW Philadelphia Community Impact Award

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (December 9, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Stephanie J. Sprenkle was one of three people to be presented with the CREW Philadelphia Community Impact Award at CREW Philadelphia’s 21st Annual Fall Luncheon on Friday, November 22, 2019. The Award recognizes Stephanie’s work as counsel to the construction lender for the development of The Dane Apartments in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
To be considered for the honor, one’s project must have been completed within the past three years and led to a measurable economic impact within the Greater Philadelphia region.
The CREW Network, founded in 1989, is a professional association for women in the real estate profession. Stephanie is the Immediate Past President of CREW Philadelphia and served on the Member Education Committee for CREW Network this past year. Next year, she will serve on the Recognition Committee for CREW Network, which is tasked each year with selecting CREW Network Impact Award winners to be recommended to the CREW Network board of directors.
Stephanie practices in the McNees Real Estate Practice Group where she assists purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of real property and development of real estate with negotiating development agreements, easement agreements and agreements concerning covenants and restrictions for developers, property owners and tenants. She represents tenants and landlords with respect to commercial leasing particularly in retail and office leasing and financial institutions and borrowers regarding real estate and asset-based lending financing, restructures, and participation and inter-creditor agreements.
