Langdon T. Ramsburg joins McNees Wallace & Nurick

HARRISBURG, PA (September 20, 2016) – McNees Wallace & Nurick announces that attorney Langdon T. Ramsburg has joined the firm’s Labor and Employment and Public Sector groups. He will work out of the Harrisburg office.

A former police officer, Ramsburg will counsel both public and private employers on labor and employment issues, as well as represent employers before federal and state courts. Ramsburg also will represent companies and government bodies in labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration and interest arbitration.

Prior to joining McNees, Ramsburg was a law clerk to The Honorable William W. Caldwell of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. As a law clerk, Ramsburg worked on a wide range of federal litigation matters, including employment litigation.

Ramsburg received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. He graduated cum laude from Millersville University, where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honor Society in Economics.

Ramsburg is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
