Lancaster SHRM March Breakfast Program: 2026 Spring Legal Update
March 10, 2026
Speaking Engagements
Labor and employment attorneys Micah Saul and Greg Archibald joined Lancaster SHRM at their annual Spring Legal Update Meeting on March 10, 2026, at the Inn at Leola Village. The event provided timely and important legal updates to HR professionals and local business leaders.
As this year’s keynote speakers, Micah and Greg discussed recent court decisions, potential future impacts, and best practices for businesses amid new trends and regulations.
Micah regularly counsels employers on matters involving employee management and workplace policies, discrimination and harassment, labor concerns and collective bargaining, and workers’ compensation. He has successfully defended clients against discrimination and harassment suits, labor grievances, workers’ compensation claims, and other employment-related actions. He has also secured the early dismissal of claims against employers through motions practice and, when appropriate, favorable settlements.
Greg is a labor and employment attorney with a primary focus on employment litigation cases. He represents employers facing claims of discrimination, harassment, and constructive discharge before administrative bodies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC), as well as both state and federal courts. He also regularly represents employers in workers’ compensation claims and assists clients in creating custom employment and operational documents tailored to each client’s needs, including employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, and severance agreements.
