McNees’ Real Estate, Construction Teams Bolstered With Addition of Two Attorneys

HARRISBURG, Pa. — (September 27, 2022) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC today announced that Ashley Nichols Weber and Michael Stoll joined the firm’s Real Estate and Construction & Procurement Law Groups, strengthening two practices already considered among the most premiere in Central Pennsylvania.

Nichols Weber provides legal guidance to construction companies and their contractors and suppliers to help ensure successful completion of projects. Stoll leverages his diverse background providing real estate and corporate legal counsel to help clients achieve their business goals and mitigate risk.

About Ashley Nichols Weber

The second construction attorney based in the McNees Lancaster office, Nichols Weber combines her previous time working as an associate at McNees with her network of community relationships and in-house counsel experience to offer clients a steady hand with their legal needs.

Most recently before rejoining McNees, Nichols Weber served as corporate counsel for Clark Associates, a family of Lancaster-based companies leading the food service industry in the business-to-business distribution of equipment and supplies. Prior to that, she worked for Saxton & Stump, LLC, where she maintained a practice focused on the construction and insurance industries.

Nichols Weber earned her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University and her bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a minor in Information Systems, from Susquehanna University.

About Michael Stoll

Stoll understands how to navigate dynamic issues before local governments, secure funding for projects and build meaningful relationships that comes from more than a decade working in government and on campaigns. Before practicing law, he served the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and Pennsylvania State Senate in various positions and advised candidates for public office at all levels of government.

Leveraging these experiences, Stoll provides unique insight on various aspects of real estate law and the challenges that come from working with local municipal officials. He also provides clients with a broad array of capabilities ranging from commercial leasing to land use counsel for mixed-use and commercial developments.

Prior to joining McNees, he served as associate corporate counsel to a national restaurant brand and affiliated companies with hundreds of locations across the U.S.

Stoll attended the Commonwealth School of Law at Widener University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
