Connor Thomson recognized among Chester County’s 2026 Top Lawyers

McNees Wallace & Nurick announces that Connor Thomson has been named to the 2026 Top Lawyers of Chester County list by the Daily Local News as part of its Best of Chester County Readers’ Choice awards. Connor was recognized in the areas of Real Estate Law and Condo & HOA Law.
The annual Top Lawyers of Chester County list recognizes legal professionals who have made an impressive and lasting mark in Chester County based on thousands of votes submitted by readers and peers through its online Readers’ Choice ballot.
“Being named a 2026 Top Lawyer is such an honor. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the trust that our real estate clients place in us every day,” Connor said. “I am grateful to work alongside such a talented group of attorneys and professionals at McNees and look forward to continuing to help the developers we work with sort through the challenges that come with planned communities.”
Connor, who joined the firm’s Real Estate Group in June, advises developers and residential builders on governing document preparation and amendment, statutory compliance, and community development projects, including age-restricted communities, traditional neighborhood developments, and master associations.
This recognition adds to Connor’s recent honors, including being named a 2026 Top Lawyer by Main Line Today, an Emerging Leader Under 40 and member of the PULSE Power List by the Community Associations Institute – Keystone Chapter, recipient of the 2025 Irvin Stander Award from the Philadelphia Bar Association, and a 2024 “35 Under 35” Rising Insurance Star Executive by RISE Professionals, reflecting his continued leadership in real estate law.
