Former Big Four Tax Attorney Joins McNees

HARRISBURG, Pa. — (March 18, 2022) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce Justin K. Abodalo, a transactional tax attorney, joins the firm’s Corporate & Tax Law Group.

Abodalo counsels clients on corporate tax planning and other transactional issues, including structuring mergers, acquisitions, tax-free or deferred exchanges, financing, entity formation and liquidations. Over the course of his career, including previous work with two Big Four CPA firms, he has collaborated with and worked alongside some of the industry’s leading experts and scholars.
