Attorneys Vance E. Antonacci and Adam R. Long Recognized for 2016 Readers’ Choice Award

HARRISBURG, PA (March 21, 2016) – McNees Wallace & Nurick is pleased to announce that Adam Long is recognized as a JD Supra Top Author for the level of visibility and engagement he attained with readers in the food and beverage industry, and Vance Antonacci is recognized for his thought leadership on the topic of estate planning.

The 2016 Readers’ Choice Awards acknowledges top authors for their excellent reach to C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media and other professionals in a specific industry.

Adam is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment and Education Law Practice Groups. He provides advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues.  He also represents employers in single plaintiff and class-based employment litigation matters and before various governmental agencies.

Adam received his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Columbia University.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania; before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Adam is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

Vance chairs the firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group.  He focuses his practices on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning.  Vance represents business owners, executives, and professionals in all aspects of planning, including the preparation of Wills, trust agreements, family limited partnerships, and charitable planning. He also advises businesses on entity selection and formation, buy-sell agreements, and the structuring of asset sales, stock sales, mergers and other transactions.

Vance serves on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Community Foundation and is a member of the Lancaster County Estate Planning Council.  He is a recognized Pennsylvania Rising Stars®, a chosen Select Lawyer and the 2013 Forty Under 40 recipient.

He received a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law’ and his undergraduate degree from Millersville University. He is admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations.
