Labor and employment attorneys Schaun Henry and Ursula Siverling presented at the 2026 Safety Summit, hosted by the Associated Building and Contractors Keystone Chapter on May 14.
The summit brought together construction industry professionals for insights on safety, including violence prevention, PPE, behavioral safety, and more.
Schaun presented “Understanding the Legal Issues Surrounding Medical Marijuana,” which provided an overview of employer obligations and workplace considerations under medical marijuana laws.
Ursula presented “When ICE Comes Knocking: A Workplace Guide to Documentation and Compliance,” which provided a comprehensive overview of employer obligations during an ICE operation.
Schaun provides representation and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. He defends employers against discrimination charges before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in federal and state courts.
Ursula provides regular counseling for employers on a variety of employment-related issues, including workplace discrimination and harassment, family and medical leave, workplace accommodations, employee relations issues, employment agreements, wage and hour issues, policy drafting, and best practices for litigation avoidance. She also conducts training for clients and workplace investigations.
