McNees Wallace and Nurick is pleased to share that public finance attorney Martha “Frannie” Reilly, co-chair of the firm’s Public Finance and Government Services Group, has been elected to the Board of Advisors for the Villanova Law Women’s Network.

The Villanova Law Women’s Network supports Villanova Law alumnae by encouraging their professional and personal development. The network connects students with alumnae, organizes networking opportunities, advocates for women within the profession, and hosts speakers on topics relevant to women in law. The Network’s Officers and Board of Advisors are alumni volunteers from across class years who work to connect, celebrate, and create programming for Villanova Law alumnae.

In this leadership role, Frannie will work with fellow alumnae to strengthen these connections and contribute to the network’s mission of advancing women in the legal profession and beyond.

“Villanova Law has given me so much, both professionally and personally,” Reilly said. “The women of the network are paying their legal education forward by supporting and uplifting fellow alumnae. I am thrilled to join the Board of Advisors and to work alongside this inspiring group of women.”

A Villanova alumna herself, Frannie advises nonprofits, schools, and public sector organizations throughout southeastern Pennsylvania from McNees’ Radnor office. In addition to her leadership of the Public Finance and Government Services Group, she also leads the firm’s Charitable and Non-Profit and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Groups and is a member of the Corporate and Tax Group. Her practice focuses on public finance, corporate and tax matters, nonprofit governance, and ESG strategies, including bond structuring, tax-exempt status, and municipal securities law.

Beyond her legal work, Frannie is an advocate for women entrepreneurs through her role as McNees’ Supplier Diversity Council Member for the Women’s Business Enterprise Center (WBEC East), which provides resources and support to women-owned businesses across the tri-state area.

McNees is proud to support attorneys like Frannie in leadership roles that reflect our firm’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the communities where we live and work.
