Veronica Morrison receives ABC Keystone’s 2025 Special Recognition Award

Construction law attorney Veronica Morrison has been honored with the 2025 Special Recognition Award at the inaugural ABC Keystone Gala on January 9. The award, which has not been presented in several years, was selected by ABC Keystone’s 2025 Immediate Past Chair, Guy Kingree of Benchmark Construction, in recognition of Veronica’s exceptional leadership and her contributions to advancing the organization’s mission.
As Chair of ABC Keystone’s Total Human Health Committee (THHC), Veronica has played a central role in shaping the committee’s work since its launch. Under her leadership, THHC has developed and delivered critical resources to support the mental, physical, and financial health and overall well‑being of ABC members, including suicide risk identification and prevention tools, education on the value and offerings of Employee Assistance Programs, and total human health programming for ABC Keystone’s apprenticeship program.
Veronica was also recognized for her legal advocacy on behalf of ABC Keystone, including leading the firm’s efforts in a successful challenge to a proposed project labor agreement requirement.
Veronica practices in the firm’s Construction Law Group, where she handles complex litigation and provides strategic counsel to clients across industries, including real estate owners and developers, contractors, subcontractors, local governments, healthcare insurers, and commercial businesses. She advises clients through all phases of construction and procurement matters and is known for helping them navigate regulatory frameworks and resolve high‑stakes disputes efficiently.
