McNees attorney Denise Elliott will provide an overview of the laws impacting childcare-related leave, including the recently enacted Pregnancy Workers’ Fairness Act and PUMP Act, to human resource professionals. She will guide attendees through a few scenarios – with a game show twist – featuring group discussion, policy creation and the chance to win a prize. In the ABCs of Childcare-related leave, everyone is a winner because they will leave the session with knowledge of what does and does not need to be in employer policies and what steps employers must take right now to comply with the law.
