Hanley Higgins is part of the Corporate and Tax Group in Radnor, Pennsylvania, where she assists attorneys on various corporate matters, including business formation, governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions.
Prior to joining McNees, Hanley gained experience as a legal intern with the Massachusetts Securities Division, where she researched fraud and regulatory compliance in the financial sector. Hanley gained additional experience as a law clerk at BNY, where she reviewed proposals to the company’s proxy voting committee for government, environmental, and social compliance.
She earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in global studies from Drexel University.
