RADNOR, Pa. (Oct. 22, 2025) McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced that Hanley Higgins has joined the firm’s Radnor office in the Corporate & Tax Group. She supports clients in corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions and business formations.

Higgins brings experience from both the private and public sectors. Before joining the firm, she interned with the Massachusetts Securities Division, where she researched regulatory compliance and potential securities violations. She also supported a corporate governance team that reviewed proposals related to environmental, social and governance compliance.

“Hanley’s strong foundation in corporate and transactional work will be a great asset to our team and supports the continued growth of our Radnor office,” said Nicole Stezar Kaylor, co-chair of McNees’ Corporate & Tax Group. “We’re excited to welcome her to McNees.”

Higgins earned her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in global studies from Drexel University.

McNees has grown its Philadelphia-area presence from three to 11 attorneys since opening in 2021, prompting the firm’s move to a larger office in Radnor earlier this year.
