Ashley advises companies in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. She advises clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
She counsels buyers and sellers through all stages of a transaction, from structuring and negotiation through closing. Ashley also advises clients on entity formation, corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and ongoing business operations.
Before joining the firm, Ashley practiced corporate law in Minneapolis and served as an extern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California Tax Division.
