McNees adds corporate attorney Ashley R. Bradley to Radnor team

RADNOR, Pa. (May 12, 2026) — McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced that attorney Ashley R. Bradley has joined the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group in Radnor.
Bradley represents buyers and sellers in corporate transactions across a range of industries, including healthcare, food and beverage, and manufacturing. She advises clients across Pennsylvania on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, governance, due diligence and ongoing compliance matters.
“Ashley is a terrific addition to our corporate team,” said Nicole Stezar Kaylor, co-chair of McNees’ Corporate & Tax Group. “She has a solid foundation in corporate transactions and will be a strong fit for our team in Radnor.”
Bradley earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from Texas A&M University.
Bradley joins McNees as the firm continues to grow in the greater Philadelphia region, with offices in Radnor, Plymouth Meeting and Reading.
