Andaiye McAndrew is a real estate attorney who helps residential and commercial property owners, developers, and managers navigate Maryland’s property management laws and landlord-tenant matters. She assists clients on lease enforcement, eviction proceedings, fair housing compliance, and housing subsidy issues, with a focus on multifamily rental properties, guiding them through the full lifecycle of property management disputes and compliance needs.

Before joining McNees, Andaiye served as a staff attorney at Disability Rights Maryland, where she represented tenants with disabilities in eviction proceedings and subsidy-related cases. She also clerked with the National Housing Law Project, contributing to federal housing advocacy and U.S. Supreme Court amicus briefs.
