Attorney Veronica Morrison moderated the panel “Lessons Learned from Founders That Apply to Today’s Litigation” at the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA)’s Annual Civil Litigation Section Retreat at the Nittany Lion Inn in State College, PA.

The panel discussed the founding and evolution of Constitutional and early American law principles, including the right to vote, the right to free speech, civil rights, and women’s rights, exploring these important and sometimes difficult topics in the context of our legal system and providing practitioners with timely insight on applying these principles today.

The PBA’s Civil Litigation Section is a professional organization within the PBA dedicated to advancing the law and practice of civil litigation in Pennsylvania.

Veronica serves as vice-chair of the PBA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and council member of the PBA’s Civil Litigation Section. She handles complex litigation and provides strategic counsel to clients across a broad range of industries.
