McNees Welcomes Energy and Environmental Law Attorney

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (December 23, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC announces the addition of attorney Jo-Anne Thompson to its Energy and Environmental Law Practice Group.

Jo-Anne grew up in Jamaica before migrating to the United States to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  Most recently she clerked for the Honorable Judge P. Kevin Brobson of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, where she drafted scores of judicial opinions in the area of administrative law.  While in law school she served two terms as the Winter Law Clerk for McNees.

Jo-Anne received her law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review’s 27th volume and participated in the Transactional Law Meets competition.  She received her undergraduate degree from Saint Vincent College.
