HARRISBURG, Pa. – (October 16, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC announces the addition of associate Chase Wright to the firm’s Corporate & Tax Practice Group.
Chase’s practice focuses on business entity planning and general corporate law. His experience includes advising businesses on all aspects of a business’ life cycle from formation to dissolution, including corporate governance, dispute resolution, and strategical planning.
While in law school, he externed in the Chief Counsel’s Office for the Pennsylvania Department of State and served as Comments Editor of the Penn State Law Review. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alder Health Services.
