McNees Public Finance and Tax Attorney to Present at PA Association of Bond Lawyers Seminar

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (May 15, 2018) McNees Wallace and Nurick LLC attorney Timothy Horstmann is slated to present at the Thirtieth Annual Seminar of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers on Thursday, May 24 at the Crown Plaza Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel.

Tim will offer insight on current legislative developments in public finance and government borrowings on the state and local level.

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute is co-sponsoring the event.  It has been approved for 6.5 hours of CLE credit (5.5 hours substantive, 1 hour ethics).

Tim is a member of the McNees Public Finance and Public Sector Practice Groups with over ten years of experience representing clients in matters related to state, local and federal taxation. He advises banks and financial institutions, municipalities, school districts and nonprofits on the structuring of taxable and tax-exempt revenue bond and general obligation bond financings for a variety of capital projects, including manufacturing facilities, hospitals and other health care facilities, parking facilities, schools and higher education institutions and water and sewer projects.
