HARRISBURG, Pa. – (May 13, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Andrew Rusniak will present “How to Write a Will 2019” for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in Mechanicsburg on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.

The hands-on program will guide attendees step-by-step through key clauses, trust documents and codicils including simple wills, trust under will, pour over will, trust under deed, power of attorney, healthcare POAs and living wills.

Andrew is a member of the McNees Estate Planning and Corporate & Tax Practice Groups and represents individuals, families, business owners, executives and professionals in all aspects of tax and estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection planning, charitable planning and estate and trust administration.  Andrew’s practice focuses on advising closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals with regard to estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, as well as the preparation of estate plan documents for young couples with minor children.
