McNees Attorneys to Take Part in PSAB’s 2019 PA Municipal Legal Update

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (July 29, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Jennifer Will, Crystal Clark and Kathleen Bruder are slated to present at the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs’ (PSAB) 2019 PA Municipal Legal Update at Sheraton Harrisburg/Hershey on August 7-8, 2019.

Jennifer Will’s presentation “#Me Too Movement Update” on August 7 is geared toward helping municipalities handle internal complaints of harassment appropriately, while creating a work environment where sexual harassment is not tolerated at any level.

Crystal Clark will present the session “Public Service: This Road is Paved with Good Intentions” on August 7.  It will explore the rules governing the behavior of elected and appointed officials and brainstorm ways in which those rules can be inadvertently broken.

Kathleen Bruder’s August 7 session “The Latest on government Relations” will update attendees on the status of what is transpiring inside the State Capitol and how it affects municipalities and their clientele.

Lastly, Kathleen Bruder will present a second session on August 8 alongside Brian C. Krause of VSG, LLC.  The presentation “Police Track 8: Act 44 & School Resource Officers” will review information relating to Pennsylvania’s School Safety and Security Law.
