McNees Attorney to Present on Workplace Conduct and Harassment Allegations at PSAB Municipal Legal Update

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (August 6, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney, Jennifer Will, is slated to present “Workplace Appearance and Self-Expression: Where to Draw the Line” and “Handling Sexual Harassment Allegations in the Wake of 2017’s Tidal Waves: Conducting Workplace Investigations” for the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs at the Sheraton Harrisburg/Hershey on Thursday, August 9, 2018.

The presentation on workplace appearance and self-expression will detail how employers can respect employee rights to self-expression and present a cohesive and professional appearance at the same time.  The session will also address employee discrimination claims concerning gender, religion and race.

The presentation on the handling of sexual harassment allegations will cover what constitutes unlawful workplace harassment, and how to investigate and remedy inappropriate conduct.

Jennifer is Co-Chair of the McNees Labor & Employment Group and practices in the Public Sector Group.  She represents public and private sector employers exclusively, providing advice and counseling to management on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour compliance, collective bargaining, discrimination and harassment.
