McNees Attorney to Offer Insight on Workplace Culture and Sexual Harassment at Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC Program

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (April 30, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Adam Long is slated to be a panelist at Culture Matters: Leadership in the Wake of #MeToo being hosted by Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC at Dixon University Center in Harrisburg.

On Wednesday, May 2, 2018, Adam and two other panelists will share their knowledge of building a workplace that is positive and team-oriented.  They will also discuss ways of combatting workplace harassment.  The program will be moderated by Claudia Williams of The Human Zone, LLC.

Adam is a member of the McNees Labor and Employment Law Practice group.  He regularly provides advice and counseling to employers on employment discrimination, labor relations, family and medical leave, wage and hour compliance, and non-competition agreements.  He represents employers in single plaintiff and class-based employment litigation matters and before various governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board.  He also represents employers with union-represented workforces in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations.
