HARRISBURG, PA (June 23, 2016) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Nicole Stezar Kaylor has been appointed to Centric Bank’s board of directors and to the board of governance of Centric Financial Corp., Inc., the holding company for the bank.

Kaylor is a member of McNees’ Corporate & Tax Group, where her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. In addition to corporate and transactional services, she assists companies with capital raising campaigns, private placement offerings, private equity transactions, and commercial lending transactions.

“This is an exciting time for me to join the Centric Bank team. I have watched Centric evolve from its initial ‘startup’ season in 2007 to its 2016 award-winning accomplishments. With double-digit lending growth, an oversubscribed capital raise, a new agribusiness platform, SBA loan leadership, and extraordinary community service, Centric Bank is challenging assumptions in relationship banking,” Kaylor said. “Patti Husic’s leadership is a talent magnet both on her team and her board. I look forward to adding my voice and expertise for the next generation of Centric customers.”

Kaylor’s background makes her a welcome addition to the board, said Patricia A. Husic, President and CEO of Centric Financial Corporation and Centric Bank.

“Her specialized skill sets, business finance background, and legal acumen will strengthen our leadership,” Husic said. “Our chief goal is to deliver shareholder value on investment, and by including individuals with diverse experiences, ideas, and industries, in addition to gender and age diversity, we are well-positioned to represent our clients with sharper clarity and deeper connectivity.’’
