Nonprofit attorney Frannie Reilly recently joined a panel discussion at The High Center’s “Nonprofit Sustainability: Social Enterprise Models” event at The S. Dale High Leadership Center in Lancaster, PA, on June 3, alongside Otto Monroy of LogosWorks Partners and M. Travis DiNicola of The High Center.
The panel discussion explored how nonprofit organizations can diversify revenue and build long-term sustainability through social enterprise, including the planning, business models, and legal considerations involved in launching mission-adjacent ventures.
As chair of McNees’ Charitable and Nonprofit Group, Frannie works closely with nonprofit organizations to strengthen their operations and advance their missions. She serves as outside general counsel to numerous nonprofits, including colleges, universities, charter schools, and foundations, advising on fiduciary duties, contracts, compliance, fiscal sponsorships, and corporate governance.
