McNees Wallace & Nurick announces that Martha “Frannie” Reilly has once again been ranked Band 3 in Public Finance (Pennsylvania) in the Chambers USA 2026 guide.
Chambers and Partners is a nationally and internationally respected legal ranking organization that evaluates leading attorneys through client feedback, peer evaluations, and independent research. A Chambers ranking is widely considered one of the legal profession’s most prestigious recognitions, honoring attorneys who demonstrate exceptional legal skill and dedication to client service. Rankings are informed by thousands of interviews conducted by more than 200 analysts and reflect a lawyer’s standing among peers, clients, and the broader legal market. Frannie’s continued inclusion underscores her deep experience in public finance and the strong reputation she has built among clients and colleagues.
As co-chair of McNees’ Public Finance and Government Services Group, Frannie counsels colleges, universities, hospitals, healthcare facilities, senior living facilities, state agencies, and authorities on complex financing matters. She also leads the firm’s Charitable and Non-Profit Group and its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Group and practices in the Corporate and Tax Group.
Beyond her legal practice, Frannie maintains a strong commitment to mentoring attorneys, advancing diversity, and supporting community-based organizations. She frequently teaches in La Salle University’s nonprofit leadership program and volunteers with Philadelphia VIP. A long-time advocate for women-owned businesses, she serves on the Supplier Diversity Council for WBEC-East and was instrumental in McNees becoming the first law firm in the region to join the Council.
This marks Frannie’s second consecutive year receiving this distinction. Also recognized in the Chambers USA 2026 guide were McNees’ Construction Law Group and Energy and Environmental Group.
