McNees Wallace & Nurick is proud to announce that Martha “Frannie” Reilly has been ranked Band 3 in Public Finance (Pennsylvania) in the Chambers USA 2025 guide.
Chambers and Partners is a nationally and internationally respected legal ranking organization that identifies leading attorneys based on client feedback, peer evaluations, and independent research. A Chambers ranking is widely regarded as one of the legal industry’s most prestigious honors, recognizing attorneys who demonstrate exceptional legal ability and client service. Rankings are based on thousands of interviews conducted by more than 200 analysts and reflect a lawyer’s reputation among peers, clients, and the broader legal market. Reilly’s inclusion highlights her extensive experience in public finance and the strong reputation she has earned among clients and peers.
As Co-Chair of McNees’ Public Finance and Government Services Group, Frannie advises state agencies, school districts, municipalities, and authorities on complex financing matters. She also leads the firm’s Charitable and Non-Profit Group and its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Group and practices in the Corporate and Tax Group.
Beyond her legal practice, Frannie is strongly committed to mentoring attorneys, advancing diversity, and supporting community-based organizations. She teaches in La Salle University’s nonprofit leadership program, volunteers with Philadelphia VIP, and chairs the Foundation for Wallingford-Swarthmore Schools. A long-time advocate for women-owned businesses, she serves on the Supplier Diversity Council for WBEC-East and was instrumental in McNees becoming the first law firm in the region to join the Council.
Also recognized in the Chambers USA 2025 guide were McNees’ Construction Law Group and Energy and Environmental Group.
