At the Lancaster Bar Association’s Civil Litigation and Labor Law Summit, labor and employment attorneys Schaun Henry and Madeleine Campbell presented “DEI Executive Orders, Agency Actions and the Civil Rights Fraud Initiative”, a CLE providing insights for employers and in-house counsel on compliance and employer risks associated with recent DEI executive orders.
The summit was hosted at the Lancaster Bar Association’s headquarters on Wednesday, November 12. Other topics covered at the summit included OSHA compliance, post-judgment collections, and appellate practice.
