McNees’ Brian Gregg Graduates Leadership Cumberland Class of 2016

HARRISBURG, PA. (June 6, 2016) – On May 27, 2016, McNees Member Brian Gregg graduated from the Leadership Cumberland, Class of 2016.

Brian practices in the McNees Intellectual Property, Alcoholic Beverage and Liquor License and Food Industry practice groups with a focus on trademark and copyright protection, software and technology services contracts, franchising, food labeling, internet law and other issues related to the protection and licensing of intellectual property.  He has a particular focus assisting craft breweries, wineries and craft liquor distilleries with trademark protection, development of branding strategies and liquor license permitting.

In 2015, he was named one of Central Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40.  In addition, he is recognized as a 2014 and 2015 Pennsylvania Rising Star® and was the recipient of the Legal Intelligencer’s 2012 Unsung Hero Award for pro bono service.

Prior to attending law school, Brian worked for eight years as a private civil engineer in the real estate development group at a Harrisburg based engineering firm.  He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, cum laude and his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University.  Brian is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
