HARRISBURG, Pa. – (January 14, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC appoints Brian Gregg as Co-Chair of its Intellectual Property Practice Group joining Shawn Leppo and succeeding Michael Doctrow.

In addition to being Co-Chair of the McNees Intellectual Property Practice Group, Brian also chairs the Food & Beverage Practice Group.  He focuses on trademark and copyright protection, software and technology services contracts, franchising, food labeling law, internet law and other issues related to the protection and licensing of intellectual property.  While he provides legal advice for clients in numerous industries, he has significant experience advising food and beverage organizations on intellectual property protection.
