Speaking Engagements
Attorneys Erik Anderson and Sean Campbell presented at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Central Pennsylvania Chapter’s Spring Conference on April 2, delivering a CLE program on attorney-client privilege and the risks that arise when the client relationship is not clearly defined.
Their presentation, “Who’s Your Client? How David Boies Lost His Client’s Privilege—What In-House Counsel Should Learn From It,” examined a high-profile corporate dispute to show how unclear roles, missing safeguards, and weak privilege planning can create significant risk for organizations.
Drawing on that case study, Erik and Sean shared guidance for in-house counsel on working with outside counsel, protecting privilege, and building the legal structure needed to better protect the organization.
Erik Anderson is a seasoned litigator who handles complex commercial disputes, government investigations, constitutional litigation, and professional licensing defense. His practice draws on experience from senior government positions and private practice, helping clients navigate high-stakes matters involving legal, regulatory, and reputational risk.
Sean Campbell represents businesses, professionals, and government entities in complex litigation, regulatory matters, and professional licensing and ethics proceedings. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, government and administrative law, and professional liability defense.
