DEVON, Pa. – (October 12, 2021) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC public finance attorney Frannie Reilly will present valuable business legal structure information to entrepreneurs at a free, virtual event on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021.
Presented by Women’s Business Enterprise Center East (WBEC East), an advocacy organization for women business owners and entrepreneurs in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey, the “So You Want To Get Your LLC” webinar will cover the essentials of registering a business as a limited liability company or other legal structure. Reilly will teach participants about what structure best fits their business goals, how to complete the legal registration process, common missteps and misconceptions and when business owners should consider hiring an attorney.
