As a construction attorney with nearly two decades of experience, he regularly advises clients regarding construction delivery systems, risk allocation, and dispute resolution on public and private projects in diverse industries and sectors.

Prior to joining McNees, Tim practiced construction law at an AM Law 200 firm and a Pittsburgh-based business law firm.
