Tim Berkebile is a member of McNees’ Construction & Procurement Law, Litigation, and Real Estate Groups. As a construction attorney with nearly two decades of experience, he regularly advises clients regarding construction delivery systems, risk allocation, and dispute resolution on public and private projects in diverse industries and sectors.

As a regular writer and speaker, Tim demonstrates thought leadership in the areas of construction and commercial disputes, contract negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Tim drafts and negotiates construction contracts and litigates construction disputes involving:

Tim also handles disputes involving sales, service contracts, product liability, trade secret misappropriation, and other commercial matters. He has significant experience handling a broad variety of cases from inception to conclusion in a variety of dispute resolution forums.

Prior to joining McNees, Tim practiced construction law at an AM Law 200 firm and a Pittsburgh-based business law firm.
