Intellectual Property attorney Diane Dobrea presented “Identifying Projects with a Vision: Thinking Beyond the Idea” at the 2026 BEST Medicine Engineering Fair, hosted by Cleveland State University on April 25. The competition brought together Middle and High School students interested in innovations in health sciences, biomedical engineering, and environmental science and engineering.
As an IP and transactional lawyer, Diane supports a diverse range of clients, including solo inventors, entrepreneurs, private companies, research institutions, and nonprofit organizations, across a global span of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters and business transactions. Her IP practice includes strategy development, application drafting and prosecution, and portfolio management for both domestic and international filings.
