2015 McNees Attorney Andrew Rusniak To Present “Estate Planning For Younger Couples” At The Pennsylvania bar Institute Course

HARRISBURG, PA (May 8th, 2015) – Andrew S. Rusniak, an Associate in the McNees Estate Planning and Corporate & Tax practice groups, will be an instructor for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s course, Estate Planning for Younger Couples.

The program will be held in Mechanicsburg on May 11, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. at the PBI Conference Center 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-6903. It is approved for (3) hours of CLE credit. Registration is $99 for Paralegal Attending w/ Attorney; $105 for Judge (admitted after 1/1/11); $105 for Judicial Law Clerk (admitted after 1/1/11); $115 Judicial Law Clerk; $115 for Judge; $129  for Paralegal attending alone; $209 Member (admitted after 1/1/11); $229 Member (PBA or County Bar Assn); $249 for non-members. Rusniak represents individuals, families, business owners, executives and professionals in all aspects of tax and estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection planning, charitable planning and estate and trust administration. His practice involves advising closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals with regard to estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, as well as the preparation of basic estate plan documents for young couples with minor children. Additionally, Rusniak routinely counsels both individual and institutional fiduciaries on a variety of matters.

The “Estate Planning for Younger Couples” course will cover various estate planning topics that every young couple should consider. From naming executor or trustees, handling debt and naming a guardian for young children to planning for a disability and reviewing beneficiary designations, it is never too early to begin the process.
