Timothy Horstmann Elected President of Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers

HARRISBURG, Pa. — (July 20, 2022) McNees Wallace & Nurick public finance and tax attorney Timothy J. Horstmann was elected president of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers.

The association provides a forum for the exchange of information and ideas in the field of public finance as well as opportunities for the professional development of the organization’s members. Membership is limited to Pennsylvania attorneys in good standing whose law practice deals at least in part with debt obligations issued by or on behalf of the commonwealth, its political subdivisions and agencies.

Horstmann, a member of McNees’ Public Finance & Government Services Group, has been a member of the Board of Directors of PABL for six years. In his practice, he leverages over a decade of experience to advise clients in matters related to state, local and federal taxation and advise banks and financial institutions, government issuers, school districts and nonprofits on the structuring of taxable and tax-exempt revenue bond and general obligation bond financing for a variety of capital projects.
