Susan advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and development. She specializes in complex transactions and has represented institutional investors, lenders, and for profit and not-for-profit developers nationwide in the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing and development of commercial and multi-family residential real estate.
Her experience includes conveyances and leasing of shopping centers and office and industrial parks, mixed-use and affordable housing development, medical research facility development, and multi-site acquisitions and financings.
Prior to joining McNees Wallace & Nurick, Susan practiced at large law firms in New York and Miami and in-house with a non-profit real estate asset management and development subsidiary of a large university.
