Her role includes expanding talent acquisition efforts through enhanced retention strategies and the implementation of programs that support the firm’s continued growth.
Before joining McNees, Rachel founded and operated a recruitment and consultancy firm, partnering with local and global clients. She has also led recruiting and talent strategy efforts across professional services, with experience spanning executive search, HR technology implementation, and compensation planning.
