Meaghan is a member of the Corporate & Tax practice group at McNees Wallace & Nurick. She represents closely-held businesses in day-to-day legal matters and in negotiating business transactions.  She has experience with negotiating and drafting business agreements, including asset purchase agreements, commercial leases, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transactions.

Prior to joining McNees Wallace & Nurick, Meaghan spent three years as a litigator, advising individuals and entities on issues involving business torts and contractual disputes.  As part of this practice, she has worked extensively with banking and financial institutions on litigation matters involving workouts, borrower/guarantor defaults, and defense of lender liability claims, and brings an understanding of the litigation process to her corporate practice.
