Kelly assists clients with litigation in both state and federal courts in commercial litigation matters, and she has particular experience in real property litigation. She represents businesses and commercial property owners in real estate matters ranging from title, easement, and lease claims to planned community and condominium matters. Kelly also has experience with commercial property sales, acquisitions, leasing of shopping centers and other commercial properties, and the development of residential and commercial condominiums and planned communities.
While a student at William & Mary Law School, Kelly served as Articles Editor for the William & Mary Law Review and interned with the Honorable United States Magistrate Judge, now a United States District Judge, Judge M. Hannah Lauck, in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Kelly is a Central Pennsylvania native, born and raised in Newport, Pennsylvania and now living in New Cumberland.
