Jacquelyn is an associate in the corporate and tax group focusing her practice on taxation and business planning. Jacquelyn has experience helping individuals resolve tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, providing federal, state, and international tax planning advice in M&A transactions, and assisting with entity formation.
Prior to beginning her practice of law, Jacquelyn worked at a large accounting firm in the international and M&A tax groups. During law school, Jacquelyn worked in the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic representing taxpayers in federal tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service.
