Erik is Co-chair of the Pipeline and Oil/Gas Infrastructure Group. In his practice, Erik advises clients through all aspects of real estate transactions and development. He represents landowners and developers in the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing and development of commercial and residential real estate. His practice also includes the creation, development and administration of commercial and residential condominiums and planned communities.

With the development of the Marcellus and Utica shales, Erik’s practice includes the representation of midstream operators in pipeline and transportation projects.  He also works with landowners in the sale and leasing of mineral rights, and has lectured several times on oil and gas law.

As a member of the firm’s Education Law Group, Erik works with several local colleges and universities on real estate matters as well as municipal relations and zoning issues.

A native of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Erik practiced in Lancaster for several years prior to joining McNees.  He currently lives in Hampden Township, Cumberland County.
